Admission Process Timeline
STEP 1: ONLINE REGISTRATION AND DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
Register online at: https://medicineschool.ujk.edu.pl/admin/register.php
Upload the following required documents to your online account:

3. | A copy of the official high school/secondary school diploma along with the transcript of your grades. | Each document must be translated into English. The translation must be done by an English translator accredited by the government of the country of issue of the document(s) or a sworn translator from the EU (if there is a sworn translator institution in your country) Documents issued originally in English do not require translations ATTENTION: A Recognition from NAWA is necessary if your documents are not from EU or OECD country |
4. | Health certificate completed by a physician stating the applicant is fit for medical studies, with a copy of vaccination records for the Hepatitis B (HBV) and Covid-19 | Vaccine against Hepatitis B is mandatory. In exceptional cases, individual doses can be taken later. If you have any doubts, please contact us. Vaccine against COVID-19 is strongly recommended. |

| 6. | English certificate (recognized English certificates.pdf) | ATTENTION: LanguageCert LTE and LanguageCert Academic deliver the fastest results — e-certificate available within just 2–5 business days. IMPORTANT: The certificate must cover all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking. |

Instructions for payment of the recruitment fee:
Please pay the non-refundable application fee of 85 PLN* via bank transfer to the following account:
Payments via PAYPAL are also supported.
*85 PLN is equivalent to ca. 22 USD (the exact value depends on the current daily exchange rate). On the day you plan to complete the bank transfer, please check with your local bank to ensure the exact equivalent amount for the application fee will be transferred into the Polish currency (Polish Zloty - PLN).
STEP 2: ONLINE BIOLOGY ENTRANCE EXAMINATION (non-EU /non-OECD candidates)
Only candidates who are required to obtain a NAWA recognition statement must take an online entrance examination in Biology.
The examination will be held online on 22–23 September 2026. Detailed information regarding the examination format, schedule and access instructions will be provided to eligible candidates by email.
STEP 3: ADMISSION RESULTS
The results will be announced in the system on 24 September 2026 and communicated by email - please check also spam box.
STEP 4: SUBMISSION OF ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS
Candidates eligible for admission must submit the complete set of required original documents between 25 and 30 September 2026.
For the 2026/2027 academic year, there is a limit of 50 seats.
